Job Summary
Chief Executive Assistant to the Founder across multiple philanthropic entities, including the Alice L. Walton Foundation and Heartland Whole Health Institute. Responsibilities span calendar management, travel coordination (domestic and international), confidential correspondence, and a range of executive and personal support duties. Oversees administrative processes, coordinates with the President’s Office, builds strategic partnerships, and ensures discreet handling of sensitive information. Requires high discretion, exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong problem solving, and flexibility to support after-hours needs in a full-time, on-site role in Bentonville, AR. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to multitask and lead administrative efforts across multiple entities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or operations
- Experience working in non-profit, startups, and/or health care organizations preferred
