Chief, Ethics and Conduct Unit (ECO) (P)

Lead the Ethics and Conduct Unit team, manage the work program and resources, and provide impartial policy guidance on ethics concerns. Drive global training and outreach across all IOM offices, initiate speak-up culture and whistleblower protection programs, and oversee the annual disclosure program. Report to the Director of OEP under the Director General's supervision. This role supports IOM's institutional strategy prioritizing integrity, transparency, and accountability within the Office of Ethics and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment.
