Job Summary
Chief Estimator responsible for leading and developing the estimating team for a full-service environmental and construction firm. Role combines people leadership with hands-on estimating—allocating resources, training, mentoring, and ensuring high-quality, on-time construction and service estimates for multiple business units. Must guide the team to deliver accurate estimates, while also contributing directly to complex estimates. Hybrid work setup requiring reasonable commuting distance to the Melville, NY office.
Required Qualifications
