Chief Estimator - Concrete and Masonry

Job Summary
Lead all estimating and preconstruction efforts for concrete and masonry projects. Prepare detailed takeoffs, budgets, and bid proposals. Review plans, specifications, and contract documents. Utilize On-Screen Takeoff and/or Bluebeam for estimating and takeoffs. Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and owners. Help secure new work and expand existing client relationships. Mentor and oversee estimating staff. Collaborate with operations and executive leadership on project pursuits.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of estimating experience in concrete and masonry
- Current or recent experience as a Senior Estimator, Estimating Manager, or Chief Estimator
- Proven ability to develop relationships and win work
- Experience mentoring or managing team members
- Strong knowledge of the NYC Metro construction market
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and/or Bluebeam
