Job Summary
As the Chief Engineer for Superhost Hospitality at the Atlanta Airport North location, oversee maintenance, engineering, and facility operations to keep the hotel safe, functional, and well-maintained. Perform routine property maintenance, inspections of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems, and handle basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs. Assist with landscaping and outdoor areas; respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests; ensure cleanliness and safety of public areas; maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills, and the availability for varying shifts including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Proficient in carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
