Job Summary
Chief Engineer to lead engineering transformation for PAC-3 production acceleration at Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Huntsville, AL. Drive design for manufacturability, testability, and assembly to enable high-rate production; collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production teams to redesign products and processes for scalability; identify and mitigate technical risks; accelerate supply chain responsiveness; provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams; support proposal development and technical reviews; monitor technical performance metrics; 100% onsite with requirement to obtain a U.S. security clearance; Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 10+ years in production/manufacturing environments and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams; relocation offered based on eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering roles supporting production or manufacturing environments
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
