Job Summary
Oversee maintenance operations for the facility, leading a diverse team of maintenance professionals, coordinating schedules, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues using voltmeters and ohmmeters, read schematics to diagnose problems, maintain accurate records of work orders and repairs, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with other departments to align maintenance with operational goals. Lead with strong supervisory abilities and a focus on safety and equipment functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance experience: 4 years (Required)
- Director of Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications
- Proficient in industrial maintenance practices and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Proficient in English for clear communication
- Familiarity with using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools
