Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel engineering and maintenance department, supervise and mentor staff, manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, water treatment, and other systems, monitor preventative maintenance, handle budgeting and cost tracking, coordinate with service contractors, respond to after-hours maintenance requests, and ensure compliance with fire, safety, and regulatory requirements to support guest satisfaction and reliable hotel operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience performing engineering/general maintenance duties
- Technical certifications in electrical, plumbing or related fields are a plus
