Job Summary
Lead and manage engineering and maintenance operations for the property, overseeing budgets, capital projects, preventive maintenance, and energy conservation. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety and asset protection. Direct the emergency response team for facility issues. Supervise engineering staff, coordinate maintenance programs, and maintain accurate logs/records. Drive guest service excellence by delivering reliable facilities services and maintaining high standards of operation and safety. Responsibilities include supervising HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and life-safety systems, selecting and procuring equipment, and ensuring adherence to SOPs/LSOPs and budget goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in engineering/maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 2 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing
- Technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing
