Job Summary
Supervise maintenance personnel and daily operations for all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utilities. Develop preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot complex failures, and coordinate major repairs and subcontracted work. Review work orders and documentation to ensure systems remain operational at all times. Requires seven years of facilities maintenance experience with three years supervising staff. Full-time role in Culpeper, VA with on-call availability for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial or institutional facilities maintenance experience
- At least three (3) years supervising maintenance personnel
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical manuals
- On-call for emergencies
