Job Summary
Manage general and preventative maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards throughout the hotel structure. Interview, select, train, schedule, and coach associates while overseeing bids, quotes, and contracts for third-party vendors. Oversee small projects or Property Improvement Plans and perform diverse tasks including sheetrock repair, painting, and electrical/plumbing fixture replacement. Troubleshoot kitchen equipment, repair heating/cooling pumps, and install televisions. Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance and test life safety systems to ensure 100% operational status. Coordinate compliance of service contracts and meet local, state, and Federal codes. Maintain building exterior and curb appeal following EarthView sustainability guidelines. Practice safe work habits following MSDS and OSHA standards. Requires HVAC certification and supervisory experience. Schedule varies and may include holidays, weekends, or alternate shifts.

- Previous supervisory engineer/maintenance experience
- HVAC certification
