Job Summary
Manage general and preventative maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved throughout the hotel structure. Interview, select, train, and coach associates while overseeing bids, quotes, and contracts for third-party vendors. Perform and supervise diverse tasks including sheetrock repair, painting, electrical and plumbing fixture replacement, and troubleshooting kitchen equipment and heating/cooling pumps. Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance and test life safety systems to ensure 100% operational status. Coordinate compliance of service contracts and local, state, and federal codes while maintaining building exterior curb appeal. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working holidays or weekends. HVAC certification is required.

- Previous supervisory engineer/maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
- HVAC certification
