Chief Engineer

Develop, implement, and manage programs for the operation and maintenance of all equipment and physical structures in compliance with resort, local, state, and national codes. Lead and direct the engineering team, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance reviews. Manage the department's budget and capital expenditure plans while negotiating maintenance contracts and overseeing renovation projects. Coordinate energy conservation programs and submit all reports and memos to appropriate parties. Greet guests and team members with "I Am Proud" standards, deliver service that is "Enriching by Nature," and address feedback using the LEARN Model. Work any assigned shift or schedule, including occasional outdoor work in inclement weather, while maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to safety guidelines.
