Job Summary
As the Chief Engineer for a new luxury residential building, the candidate will oversee property and maintenance operations, manage preventative maintenance programs, and work closely with construction supervisors. This role requires significant leadership experience and technical expertise in mechanical systems.
Required Qualifications
- FSD Certification
- HVAC Experience
- Proficiency with building mechanical systems and technology
- 10+ years of managing large teams
- Experience in property management for residential rentals and condominiums
- Ability to lift and/or carry objects of 25 pounds or more
