Chief Engineer - Fairfield by Marriott Kota Kinabalu

Manage all engineering and maintenance operations, including the building, grounds, and physical plant with a focus on safety, security, and asset protection. Supervise day-to-day engineering operations, oversee equipment for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, and lead the emergency response team for facility issues. Establish and manage preventative maintenance programs, control departmental expenses to meet budget goals, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards. Handle guest complaints, select new equipment and supplies, and conduct fair disciplinary procedures in line with Standard and Local Operating Procedures.
