Job Summary
Lead operational and tactical engineering services delivery across defined client accounts in Mexico, ensuring static engineering activities are completed on time and within budget, meeting KPIs and SLAs; maintain client assets in accordance with applicable maintenance standards; support the ES technical and central teams; ensure preventive maintenance programs across assigned sites are executed timely and documented; ensure teams have tools, vehicles, uniforms, supplies, and other resources; demonstrate engineering expertise with Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial backgrounds; use CMMS tools (360 Facility, Maximo, Corrigo) for maintenance planning, inventory, purchases, and reporting; communicate progress to clients and maintain effective reporting through automated systems (Corrigo); require strong coordination to manage maintenance activities and asset care; English proficiency and familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting; project planning and inventory systems knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Engineer degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; licensed or in process of licensure; intermediate English; knowledge of CMMS tools (360 Facility, Maximo, Corrigo); ability to lead and ensure KPIs and SLAs; experience with inventory and budgeting; planning of maintenance and asset management; willingness to work on-site in San Luis Potosí, MX
