Chief Engineer - Dual Courtyard and SpringHill Suites

Manage all engineering and maintenance operations, including the building, grounds, and physical plant with focus on safety, security, and asset protection. Supervise day-to-day engineering operations, oversee equipment for HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, and lead the emergency response team for facility issues. Maintain accurate logs, plan preventative maintenance programs, and manage the budget, capital expenditure projects, and controllable expenses to meet goals. Select new equipment, inspect facilities to determine work requirements, and handle guest problems and complaints effectively. Ensure regulatory compliance and administer property policies fairly and consistently.
