Job Summary
Assign work to subordinates using CMMS to maintain building operations and prepare daily work schedules. Provide quality control services for subcontractors and perform diagnostic and repairs on building systems. Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure on-time delivery of contract requirements while administering CMMS daily. Prepare and issue solicitations for contractors as necessary. Train or arrange training for contractor employees on proper maintenance of building systems. Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Salary: $40-$45 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- DC 3rd Class License
- valid DC Third Class Stationary Engineer License
- Must pass a background check
- A minimum of three years(3) experience (within the past (10) years) in a facility of comparable size and complexity requiring similar services
- BAS/EMS
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining all MEP systems and associated equipment
- Possess knowledge of the composition, operation, and installation of a variety of MEP systems, circuits, equipment, and controls
- Possess knowledge of national and local applicable and respective MEP codes
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of engineering and building systems
- Ability to read, review and understand blueprints

- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and project tracking software
