Chief Engineer

Manage all engineering and maintenance operations, including the physical plant, equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems. Supervise day-to-day engineering operations, establish maintenance programs, and inspect facilities to determine required work. Lead the emergency response team for facility issues and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards. Manage the engineering budget, capital expenditure projects, and controllable expenses to achieve budgeted goals. Select, order, and purchase new equipment and furnishings while handling guest problems and complaints effectively.
