Chief Engineer

Manage all engineering and maintenance operations, including the physical plant, equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical, and life safety systems. Supervise day-to-day engineering operations and the emergency response team for facility issues. Maintain accurate logs, establish preventative maintenance programs, and manage departmental budgets to achieve or exceed controllable expense goals. Select, order, and purchase new equipment and supplies while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and safety standards. Handle guest problems and complaints effectively to uphold property standards and exceptional customer service.
