Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering & Maintenance team while overseeing all facility operations, preventive maintenance programs, and budget management across the property. Plan and execute maintenance projects from concept to completion, manage inventory and purchasing, and ensure safe, efficient operation of building systems and infrastructure. Respond to emergencies, track maintenance records and utility usage, enforce loss prevention initiatives, and ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards. Schedule staff, approve time off, and partner with leadership on capital improvements. Maintain lock and key control while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in engineering, maintenance, facilities management, or hospitality engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
- Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs
- Strong budgeting, inventory management, and project management skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and exceptional guest service
- Ability to respond to emergency situations as needed
- Ensure compliance with all State of Georgia, Department of Natural Resources, Coral Hospitality, and applicable regulatory standards
