Chief Engineer

Oversee all mechanical systems and lead a team of engineers to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Conduct regular maintenance audits, manage capital expenditure projects, and develop technical standards across facilities. Perform root cause analysis on critical failures and implement long-term reliability improvement programs. Collaborate with operations to optimize equipment uptime and reduce downtime costs.
