Job Summary
Define and execute the firm's enterprise data strategy, owning the data agenda including priority use cases, platforms, and governance. Establish a unified view of core data domains and ensure data investments have measurable outcomes and clear returns. Oversee data governance, engineering, and analytics to drive advisor productivity and client engagement while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Build and develop high-performing data teams, increase data literacy across the organization, and embed insights into advisor workflows. Rationalize analytics tools, establish front-to-back standards, and drive adoption of governance processes. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer with a focus on wealth management and financial services. The position requires working three days a week in the Philadelphia office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, data, or business
- 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or technology within financial services
- Proven ability to build and scale business-focused data capabilities
- Experience with enterprise data warehouses and modern data tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, etc.)
- Strong understanding of governance, architecture, and analytics ecosystems
- Experience rationalizing tools and establishing standards
- Experience driving adoption in a decentralized or advisor-led environment
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations
- Experience partnering with FP&A and technology teams on report and system implementation
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes
- Prior people management experience, including recruitment and retention of top data talent
- Ability to work 3 days a week in Philadelphia office
