Job Summary

Chief Customer Officer responsible for owning the end-to-end customer experience across onboarding, product adoption, customer success, and support; leads Customer Success, Customer Support, and Onboarding to ensure customers realize maximum value from the platform; drives retention, expansion, and long-term health by aligning post-sale functions, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring product utilization across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments; Defines and owns end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, standardizes onboarding processes, drives product adoption, and drives renewal forecasting; builds and scales a high-performing support organization; partners with Revenue Operations to implement CRM/CS tools, establish KPIs and dashboards; leads cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering; recruits and develops talent and fosters a culture of accountability and customer obsession; requires a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in leadership roles and 5+ years in executive leadership, and a track record of improving retention, NRR, and CSAT.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years in Customer Success, Support, or Customer Experience leadership roles in SaaS
  • 5+ years in executive leadership (CCO, VP CS, or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
