Job Summary
Lead the Group's M&A and investment activities for Malaysia and Singapore, overseeing due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction documentation across Australia. Coordinate investment committee processes, manage data room preparation for investors, and execute capital raising and divestment exercises. Oversee legal and corporate secretarial functions, including regulatory filings, board resolutions, and shareholder liaison. Serve as a director on holding companies and subsidiaries, attend Board and EXCO meetings, and act as an authorized signatory for Group bank accounts. Monitor post-acquisition performance and support expansion into new geographies with regulatory approvals and entity setup.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in corporate development, M&A, investments, legal, or corporate strategy roles
- Strong hands-on experience leading M&A transactions, due diligence, and deal execution
- Solid understanding of corporate governance, board processes, and regulatory environments in Malaysia and Singapore
- Experience working with boards, shareholders, investment committees, and external advisors
