Job Summary
Operate the Concierge department to deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized recommendations, handling all requests for packages, messages, and local event guidance. Build strong relationships with external agents and venues while maintaining detailed knowledge of London's offerings. Safeguard Six Senses pillars of sustainability and wellness by ensuring all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented across the property. Uphold brand standards, review LQA adherence, and ensure clear communication between departments to support smooth property operations. Maintain legal, statutory, and financial compliance with appropriate systems, controls, and budgetary reviews. Fluent in English and Hebrew with a Bachelor's in Hotel Management and two-four years of supervisory experience required. Outreach begins September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field
- Two-four years concierge experience
- Supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiarity with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms
- Excellent knowledge of guest related functions, guest service and local surrounding areas
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
- Legal right to work in Israel at the time of application
