Chief Concierge (Saudi National)

Job Summary
Chief Concierge responsible for leading the Concierge team to deliver exceptional luxury service, curate bespoke guest experiences, and act as primary point of contact for VIP guests. Responsibilities include coordinating dining reservations, transportation, wellness activities, excursions, special celebrations, and destination experiences; maintaining knowledge of facilities and partner networks; overseeing desk operations, staffing, and service standards; collaborating with Front Office, Guest Relations, Butler Service, Housekeeping, Spa, F&B, and Recreation teams; supporting pre-opening activities and SOP development; and ensuring safety, compliance, and brand standards. Requires 5+ years in Concierge within luxury/hospitality, 2+ years in leadership, strong communication and relationship-building skills, proficiency with Opera PMS, and English fluency; additional languages desirable. Motivation to deliver personalized guest journeys in a luxury resort setting (SLS The Red Sea) and leadership of a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Concierge operations within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environment
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory Concierge role
- Fluency in English; additional languages desirable
- Strong knowledge of luxury guest service standards and personalized service delivery
- Proven ability to manage VIP guests and complex guest requests with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications preferred
