Job Summary
Chief Concierge leading the concierge and bell team to deliver world-class guest service. Oversee daily concierge operations, assist guests with reservations, transportation, directions, recommendations, and special requests; build and maintain relationships with local partners and tourism organizations; handle VIP arrivals and personalized service arrangements; ensure all guest requests are followed through promptly; monitor departmental performance and implement service improvements; manage lost & found procedures; oversee scheduling, team performance, and inter-departmental collaboration with Front Office for seamless guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chief Concierge or 5+ years in a luxury hotel front-of-house role.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera or similar).
