Chief Concierge

Process all guest check-ins, verifying identity, payment, and room assignment while securing payment before issuing keys. Set up accurate accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information, and ensure rates match market codes. Compile daily reports, balance receipts, and count the bank at shift start and end. Accommodate guest requests, supply property information, and notify Loss Prevention of theft reports. Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees while serving as a role model for the Open Door Policy. Follow all safety procedures, report accidents, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome guests, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
