Job Summary
Develop and revise HIPAA, accreditation, and statutory policies and procedures while managing all internal and regulatory agency audits. Prepare compliance reports for the executive team, review documents across all departments, and handle adjustments, appeals, and outcome documentation. Train personnel company-wide on compliance standards and recommend corrective actions to improve processes. Ensure full adherence to URAC, VIPPS, and ACHC requirements. This role reports to the executive team within a private mid-sized DME organization in Miami, FL.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience
- 7+ years' experience in audit, accreditation, compliance, and medical/healthcare
- Proven experience managing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated hands-on compliance leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with private mid-sized companies
- DME experience
