Job Summary
Lead the Compliance organization across Healthcare, Pharmacy, Privacy, and Audit, establishing vision, staffing plans, and success metrics. Design a risk-based program covering clinical, pharmacy, privacy, security, and commercial activities, creating a living library of policies and standards mapped to HIPAA, state privacy laws, and telehealth regulations. Embed compliance into product development, vendor onboarding, and market entry while coordinating incident readiness, regulator engagement, and third-party oversight. Deliver role-based training and cultivate an open-reporting culture. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and provide updates to the Board.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years building and leading compliance programs in technology-forward, multi-state healthcare or pharmacy-adjacent environments
- Track record of hiring/mentoring a high-performing team
- comfort with greenfield environments
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly and communicate tradeoffs
- Executive presence, excellent written/oral communication, and the ability to influence across Legal, Product, Security, and Clinical
