Job Summary
Hands-on Chief Compliance Officer leading the Enterprise Compliance program for a Texas-based banking group, partnering with business leaders to develop and execute risk-based policies, engage in regulatory examinations, oversee Privacy and Regulation O, and drive culture, governance, and technology-enabled controls across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 15 years in a senior leadership position
- Extensive Risk and Compliance management experience in financial services
- Knowledge of banking laws and regulations including mortgage, privacy, and digital banking
- JD preferred
