Implement the School Renewal Cycle and PN Grant Project initiatives by assisting the principal, administrators, and teachers with data-driven documentation of the school's current and desired states. Facilitate Restorative Practice conferences for scholars and promote stakeholder understanding of PN Grant Design Initiatives through strengths-based decision-making. Actively develop positive relationships with scholars and parents while supporting the SOAR process and building-principal collaboration. Maintain regular on-time, in-person attendance and coordinate with the PN Facilitator to ensure optimal learning environments for all students.
