Chief Community Builder

Assist the building principal, administrators, and teachers in implementing the PN Grant Project and School Renewal Cycle using an appreciative approach. Document the school's current and desired states through quantitative and qualitative data while promoting stakeholder understanding of PN Grant Design Initiatives. Support scholars with strengths-based decision-making regarding academic, emotional, and behavioral needs and actively develop relationships with parents around the PN Grant Pipeline Initiatives. Facilitate Restorative Practice conferences for scholars and ensure consistent in-person attendance. This grant-funded, non-tenured position within the Instruction department focuses on ensuring all scholars are educated, self-directed, and productive members of society.
