Job Summary
Define and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies to expand market share and unlock untapped revenue streams. Oversee company-wide P&L management, driving sustainable business growth, cost-efficiency, and long-term profitability. Lead sales, service, and maintenance functions to optimize customer engagement and deliver a best-in-class client experience. Collaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams to eliminate delivery bottlenecks and optimize pricing. Introduce robust KPI frameworks to track and improve commercial performance. Forge and manage high-level strategic partnerships while building a high-performing commercial organization. Minimum 15 years of professional experience required, including 5–7 years in senior commercial roles within the power solutions or energy systems industry.
