Job Summary
Lead the operational performance of Women's Health and Pediatric clinical service lines as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize workflows, improve patient access, and enhance the patient experience across all clinical programs. Provide executive oversight of daily operations, including provider scheduling, onboarding, and retention, while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Monitor quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and operational key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and support accreditation readiness. Manage clinical operating budgets, evaluate staffing needs, and lead operational planning for new service lines and clinic expansion. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, CMS, Medicaid, and AAAHC standards. Collaborate with the Medical Director to align operational strategies with clinical priorities and support grant-funded initiatives. Work 36+ hours, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Administrative leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Experience with EMR systems and healthcare analytics
- Meets all applicable safety requirements for the position and work environment, including prompt incident reporting, according to GWG's policy
- Meets personal attendance and punctuality requirements, including but not limited to, organizing workload throughout the day to meet schedules and deadlines, meeting time use policies, minimizing time spent on personal calls, personal email, and personal matters, and accurately reporting time and attendance
- Maintains professional behavior and appearance at all times
- Attends meetings and trainings as requested
- Assists with other duties as requested or assigned as needed
