Job Summary
Lead conceptualization of innovative business and care models aligned with the Quadruple Aim while driving clinical and operational performance across the continuum. Implement flexible physician alignment strategies to foster commitment to quality, safety, and patient experience, ensuring adherence to clinically reliable process standards. Champion quality efforts by determining interventions to improve performance and influencing physicians, nursing, and operational leaders within the Tulsa market. Support seven facilities through organizational change, prioritizing complex situations with high reliability behaviors.
Required Qualifications
- Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
- 5 of those years being in leadership/management
- Timely decision maker
- Prioritize effectively and triage complex situations
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence
- Exhibit professionalism and executive presence
- Influence physicians, nursing, and operational leaders
- Model high reliability behaviors—not just discuss them
- Understand clinical workflows and lead teams through organizational change
