Job Summary
Lead the continued development of our agentic AI service offerings from ideation through delivery, serving as a technical lighthouse internally and externally. Translate technological breakthroughs into concrete business opportunities for leadership and clients. As a consultant, take key roles with customers to drive strategic AI initiatives, collaborating with decision-makers and technical teams to build bridges between ambition and execution. Design and prototype robust, secure, and innovative agentic solutions, moving them from sandbox experiments into stable, value-generating operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience from consulting or equivalent roles working closely with both technical environments and senior decision-makers
- Strong technical foundation and understanding of modern architecture for agentic AI
- Ability to communicate effectively with a CEO and with developers
- Demonstrated leadership through professional authority, enthusiasm and collaboration
- Ability to align technology, people, and organizational needs in ambiguous, unfinished domains
