Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years of fundraising experience
- leadership or executive fundraising experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated success building and scaling advancement revenue across multiple revenue streams
- Deep expertise in institutional giving and grants
- Strong major gifts experience
- Ability to supervise and inspire a professional development team
- Capacity to partner with Board at a strategic level
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain donor and beneficiary confidentiality
- Experience with donor research, data analytics, and CRM systems
- Understanding of and commitment to the Catholic Church, its teachings, and traditions
- CFRE certification preferred
