Job Summary
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Bowery Residents Committee oversees facilities management, technology strategy, fleet operations, food services, procurement, and asset/real estate management across ~30 properties. Responsibilities include developing facilities strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading IT infrastructure initiatives, managing external IT consultants, optimizing vehicle operations, delivering meals to residents, and maintaining procurement standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), 15+ years of operations experience, strong leadership, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to operate in a 24/7, resource-constrained environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field required
- Minimum of 15+ years of Operations experience
- Experience in larger best practices environments
- Hands-on enterprise level logistics experience
