Job Summary
Lead four administrative departments (Human Resources, Communications and Development, Compliance, Facilities and Maintenance) as Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer; drive strategic, financial, operational, and legal compliance; develop policy and procedure, workforce pipelines, and employee experience; oversee program and project development, transformational change, and community outreach; represent the organization internally and externally, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and travel locally and nationally; role requires on-site with hybrid option and extensive collaboration across executive and clinical teams, with a preferred Master’s and SHRM-Healthcare Compliance certifications.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in business administration or related field
- equivalent combination of education and work experience
- minimum 10 years of progressively responsible senior-level experience in related capacities
