Job Summary
Lead the strategic direction of all actuarial functions, aligning with corporate goals for product innovation, market leadership, and financial strength. Manage modeling and pricing for new annuity and life products, reinsurance transactions, and insurance policy liabilities under Stat and GAAP. Develop processes for regular financial projections, assumption governance, and experience studies while overseeing vendor and consultant frameworks. Serve as the primary actuarial liaison with state regulators, the NAIC, and rating agencies to prepare filings and support examinations. Communicate complex concepts to non-actuarial stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This full-time role requires Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 40 hours weekly. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
- MAAA and FSA (or career ASA) designations
- At least 10 years in the actuarial field, including 5 years in leadership roles within financial or actuarial departments
- Proficiency in actuarial software
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- The ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
- US Work Authorization

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MYGA, FIA, GIA type products
- Familiarity with indexed hedging strategies
