Chief Accounting Officer

Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual internal audit process while identifying risk areas and implementing controls to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies by overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Collaborate with the CFO and senior leaders to develop financial strategies, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities while reviewing and approving journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting processes.
