Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Proven executive leadership experience managing comprehensive accounting operations in a Chief Accounting Officer or Controller capacity, within a publicly traded company
- Deep expertise acting as a Section 16 Officer, with an intimate knowledge of SEC regulations and US GAAP guidelines
- Exceptional cross-functional communicator who excels at translating complex financial structures into actionable strategic insights for non-finance leaders
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
