Job Summary
Lead the accounting team and operations for TUMO Group and affiliated entities, ensuring accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage consolidated accounting processes across the Group, including project, construction, and real estate accounting, while overseeing tax compliance and statutory reporting for Armenian and international operations. Supervise general ledger activities, external audits, and process improvement initiatives to maintain integrity and support global expansion. This role requires 3+ years in senior leadership and reports directly to the VP of Finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience
- At least 3 years in a senior accounting leadership role
- Experience in: Group accounting, Tax accounting, Construction accounting, Project accounting, Deferred revenue accounting, Fixed asset accounting, International accounting operations, Cross-border transactions, Transactions involving non-residents, Lease and real estate accounting
- Strong knowledge of Armenian tax legislation and accounting regulations
- Solid understanding of financial reporting principles and international accounting practices
- Experience coordinating external audits and tax inspections, consolidated financial reports
- Strong understanding of VAT, Profit Tax, payroll taxation, withholding tax, and international taxation considerations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables and financial data analysis
- Strong proficiency with ArmSoft accounting software
- Experience using AS Enterprise ERP packages
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and financial reporting tools
- Fluent written and good spoken English
- Armenian fluency
