Job Summary
Lead and oversee accounting, treasury, and tax functions for a multinational FMCG entity. Ensure 100% compliance with local legislation and internal guidelines, manage cash and working capital, coordinate month-end closing, and supervise a team of accounting staff. Responsibilities include coordinating external audits, optimizing tax management with HQ and external advisors, maintaining strong internal controls, and guiding financial planning and scenario analysis. Skills and experience in IFRS, local GAAP, SAP, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders are required. The role demands strong leadership, organization, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should bring significant experience in multinational settings and a structured, proactive approach to finance operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in similar positions within multinational corporations
- IT literate and SAP knowledge
- Strong leadership skills and track record
- Capable of communicating precisely and convincingly with internal and external stakeholders
- Vast knowledge of local tax regulations, local GAAP and IFRS
- Experience coordinating tax filings and audits
- Experience with month-end close processes
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning
- Process improvement and automation experience
