Job Summary
Oversee daily accounting operations including General Ledger, AR, AP, payroll, and inventory accounting while managing monthly and year-end closing processes. Supervise accounts receivable and collections to improve DSO, enforce customer credit policies, and ensure accurate invoicing aligned with sales documentation. Monitor daily cash position, bank reconciliations, and working capital performance, ensuring compliance with IFRS, VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing, and Saudi financial regulations. Support internal and external audits and supervise the accounting team to improve financial processes. This hands-on role supports the GM and CFO, requiring 8+ years of experience in KSA trading or FMCG sectors with strong ERP proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, collections supervision, and credit control
- Good knowledge of VAT regulations, ZATCA e-invoicing, and Saudi tax compliance
- Experience preparing financial statements and managing month-end closing
- Strong understanding of working capital management and financial controls
- Ability to supervise accounting teams and improve financial processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in trading, distribution, or FMCG companies in KSA
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
