Job Summary
Own group consolidation and monthly reporting across multiple entities, while supervising year-end audits simultaneously. Manage the finance team by setting priorities, reviewing output, and developing members. Handle cash flow management, banking reconciliation consolidation, and treasury oversight. Requires 8–12 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years in a multi-entity environment, including multi-country compliance in Egypt, UAE, and KSA. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, possess strong self-management skills, and ideally hold a recognized professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, or IFRS Diploma. Familiarity with AI applications and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administrative, finance, Accounting or any other related field
- 8–12 years experience
- minimum 4 years in a group or multi-entity environment
- Full ownership of group consolidation and monthly reporting across multiple entities
- Year-end audit supervision across multiple entities simultaneously
- Direct supervision and day-to-day management of the finance team
- Strong self-management and communication discipline
- Familiar with AI applications
- Holder of a recognized professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, or IFRS Diploma
- CPA or equivalent qualifications
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-country compliance experience — Egypt and UAE
- KSA is a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
- Telecom, digital services, or SMS/VAS background
- Prior experience in a group that went through acquisitions
