Chief Accountant

Oversee daily accounting operations, supervise staff, and ensure efficient teamwork through controls and mentoring. Verify daily bank balances via credit card reconciliation and confirm General Cashier reports for Director of Finance approval. Perform month-end general ledger reconciliations, report variances, and review F&B and Cost Controller reports per policy. Ensure timely tax filings and resolve variances while preparing monthly management reports. Assist the Financial Controller with policy application, budgeting, and financial analysis. Maintain organized accounting records and stay updated on regulations and Accor policies. Bachelor's degree in accounting and 4 years of experience required.
