Chief Accountant

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day hotel accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and cash management; oversee timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings; prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations; supervise the accounting team and ensure internal controls; ensure IFRS compliance and tax compliance; support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities; provide financial analysis and insights to assist management decisions; require a Bachelor’s degree and CPA license, with hospitality accounting experience and strong Excel/SUN systems proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA License
- Experience as Chief Accountant, Senior Accountant or similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Experience with SUN systems
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
